Posted January 20, 200520 yr Staff Dear Anon, Firstly, congratulations on your new home Quote I have bought a new house and would like to start the renovation soon. Is there a need to choose a date for the workers to start renovation? If yes , what are the info required in choosing the date?Basically, there is no harm to choose a good date. An auspicious date is useful for many events such as wedding dates, renovations, move in etc. This is just to ensure that everything will go smoothly. So no harm in it at all. As for info, usually we try to look for the date based on the breadwinner of the home. So the Breadwinner's date and time of birth should be sufficient. Basically, the Auspicious Date report and details would be sufficient as shown in this link. http://www.geomancy.net/products/po-dates/po-dates.htm I believe you are referring to this link on a house warming procedures:- http://www.geomancy.net/temp/user/house-warming.doc Hope that helps.
