Posted January 26, 200520 yr Dear Master Lee:Wewerelooking at this new house. I was checking the externalof the house to see if therewere any issues. The only thing thatwas noticeable to mewas the storm drain in front of the house. Actually, it's at the street level right next to the driveway entrance to the garage. It's covered except for the hole where the water goes into. I didn't smell anything when I stood above or in front ofthe drain. Is this bad fengshui?Thank you very much for the advice.Pam
Posted January 26, 200520 yr Staff Dear Pam,Once a house has some water feature (ie drain etc). Then you have to consider the impact of the water course feng shui. Especially, the direction of the water flow as well as the shape of the drain.URL: http://www.geomancy.net/resources/theories/fs-wcourse.htmGenerally, a drain near a house, poses a couple of problems typical problems like smell / flooding etc. Most of the time if you have a choice, it is best to avoid houses with such a drain if and where possible.Hope that helps.Warmest RegardsRobert LeeGEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research Quote On 1/26/2005 7:18:23 PM, Anonymous wrote:Dear Master Lee:Wewerelooking atthis new house.
