I have photographs of my parents who have both passed away and my husband has a phot of his father who has passed away .which room is the best place to hang these photos of our deceased parents.

Definitely not in a (sleeping) bedroom.

Usually, it can either be placed in a "private" room such as the study or for the Chinese, it is quite common to be placed in the living room wall(s).

But it is best not to place the photos facing the toilet, or share the toilet wall or face the dinning table.
