I have a problem here. Our condo in Kuala Lumpur at Bukit OUG (Oversea Union Garden). We bought since year 1993...first it was delayed of completion then follow by delevoper bankrupt. Now its completed but not all the units. We managed to rent our apartment but not the shoplot. We intend to sell but in vain. Is there any options that you can suggest.
