My husband and I bought a property in 2002. It is 32+ acres, and we were so happy to get it. After we bought it, the governmental agency gave it a number. The number was given to me by the government, and I believe they will not change it. The number is 6779. This number is heart trouble. I am very upset. I don't know what kind of heart trouble (emotional or physical). I am very upset. Already my husband is experiencing pain in his back over his shoulders. Our house is almost built on the property. I do not believe the government will change the number. What can I do to protect myself and my family? Should I sell it right away? It would be a very bad time for me to sell it.

Dear Kay,

Often there are many ways at looking whether a number is auspicious or not.

ie. For most 4 - Cantonese sound is Die so most people avoid it. But if you look at the Iris - 4 leave clover is a lucky symbol.

ie. Alterntaively, you can also add up the numbers to be a single number to see if it matches your gua/kua number ie 6779 = 6 + 7 + 7 + 9 = 29 = 2 + 9 = 11 = 1 + 1 = 2.

So there can be 101 different ways at looking at a number. What is good for one may not be good for another.

However, what you should also remember is that ultimately, what makes a house/plot of landgood or not is ultimately, the feng shui of your environment as well as the house that you plan to build. This will have a greater impact as opposed to just the house number.

Often the house number is only looked at when there are say two identical units and you want to see which of the two units is better off.

The only thing you can do now is not to worry too much about the house number. But rather to ensure that there are no other major leaks in the house feng shui. So by fixing up all existing leaks and enhancing individual's luck by following what elements they favour. You can then reduce any major impact that you might have.

Hope that helps.

Warmest Regards
