Posted March 2, 200520 yr Staff Dear Wee Wei,Centrepoint Developement's Cote D'azur is just TOP, also.In all condo developments, there are always good Feng Shui units and not so favourable ones...For Lakeholmz, it was quite active last week with 4 units sold.In all developments, it is always the "first-mover" advantage that is the best! (book first! -- during early launch) to get choice units.Since the MRT track runs parallel to Lakeholmz, units next to it would have "penetrating" (irritating) sound throughout the operating hours of it.In addition, try to avoid units that have walls that soak directly the afternoon sun.Frankly, sometimes if we realise, an entire block /unit is often left unsold. This is another indication that "something may be a miss" These units should be further investigated. Most of the time it is due to the afternoon sun! Even if the units suit west group persons, however, better to give it a-miss! Imagine, currently with the abnormal hot climate, we cannot already "tahan" or stand the weather. If we or our family choose to stay in a west "affected" sun home; it is like imposing a life of torture! We pay so expensive for a house and yet, get literally cooked!
