Dear Master Cecil Lee Is it adviceable if one buy the condo unit where the carpark is located below the units. What I mean is the ground floor to the 3rd floor is the carpark and from the 4th floor level which is the shoplots and 5th floor onward is the units. How do one take the compass reading. Understand one take the compass reading at the entrance of the condo. And, as the hse main entrance do one take the compass reading at the balcony or centre of the hse facing the main entrance.
