Hello Master,

I have a question pertaining to bed orientation.

I have a king size bed. Most part of the bed is facing the wall but some part of the bed is facing the room door direction.

Is it not favourable?

Dear ed Gin,

It would be good if you can make sure that no part of the bed faces the door. However, if you can't or only a bit of the bed faces the door, then this is still acceptable.

The logic behind having your bed face the door, is that it symolise like a coffin position. So not very auspicious.

Hope that helps.

Hello Master,

Thanks for the advice.

Part of the bed (say 30%) will face the bedroom door. Will it help if i do the following:-

(a) Close the door whileI'msleeping at night;

(b) Or leave the door open but install a soft curtain in place of the doors instead. The said screen is supposed to be large and wide enough to cover or block the bed from viewing at the bedroom door.

Please advise.

Dear ed Gin,

In this case, either (a) or (b) which you have mentioned are both acceptable.

Like the saying goes, if you cannot see the problem, then it no longer becomes an issue.

Option (b) would be probably better if your bedroom is large enough to allow for the a soft curtain to there without creating too much inconvience especially making it difficult to navigate around the room.

Hope that helps.
