Dear Robert Lee,

I am looking at purchasing a house that has North entrance, North East aproach to communal drive but, between the road and entrance to the private land shared by4 cottages, is a large car park, holding up to 100 cars.

So in order to get tothe front door I would need to drive from the road through the car park.

Would you interpret the access to this property as inauspicious
