Posted January 31, 199926 yr Hi Cecil,I would like to know the purpose of the sword which is made up of ancients coins with the holes in the center dated in the time of "chien Loong". This sword is tied in red strings. I used to hang one at near my front entrance until someone told me that it is no good to do that. I wonder what's the reason. Hope you could help me. Thanks.
Posted February 1, 199926 yr Dear Jez,The ancient coins `tied together' to represent a `symbolic' sword should notbe placed at the entrance especially one where it faces the main entrancedoor. This is bad feng shui. This situation is also very similar to someone hanging a painting of ahungry animal e.g. a tiger. This is symbolic of it's mouth being `open' andwill cause problems for the household. Similiarly, one should NEVER hang apakua in the house as it is equally bad.As the sword represents a `cutting' edge, it is suppose to `cut' away allyour luck and bad.Hope that helps.Cecil Lee Quote From: "Jez Tan" This message is sent from "free-advice" Mailing List.Hi Cecil,I would like to know the purpose of the sword which is made up of ancientscoins with the holes in the center dated in the time of "chien Loong".
