Hi Julia,

Actually, the only reason why people say TV isn't good for bedroom is because TV screen looks reflective. As such it is always related to like having a mirror effect. So the idea behind this is because it is said that when we sleep, our spirit leaves our body. Then when it sees a reflection of itself it will get shock. So that is why it is considered inauspicious.

However, what if you are a person who, sees a mirror, comb your hair to make yourself look nice before leaving. So this is all a matter of tolerance. Some people like to look at themselves in a mirror, others don't. But it does not mean that it is at all bad but a matter of tolerance.

Frankly, we are on the earth for such a short period of time. Do you really want to deprive yourself of TV entertainment just because it is not good to place a TV in the bedroom? So frankly, it does not really matter.

Furthermore, in today's TV technology, especially if you get flat screen LCD, you can hardly see any reflection on the TV. So again, this becomes a non-issue.

Hope that helps.

Warmest Regards
Robert Lee
