I am staying on a high floor apartment with all windows facing the Sembawang airbase which is about 1-2Km away. Is this airbase consider an poison arrow? Can you advise,normally how far a distance from mywindowshould I use to check for posion arrows?

Can I hanga convex round mirror instead of Ba Kua Mirror at my window to ward off this poison arrow?

It really depends on the shape of the building. From what I can tell if the landing air strip points to your home, then yes, this might be considered a posion arrow.

If not, it depends on the building, whether there is any corners pointing or cutting into your home.

The main thing with air base is often the sound pollution if any. Just like sun light which is considered a sha qi because of the heat, sound if equally noisy can also be equally distractive for people staying there. Probably practical enhancements is sound proofing the rooms etc.

If it does cuts or point towards your home, yes you can consider that a mirror to deflect it.
