Any feng shui views on the Quintet Executive Condominium located in Choa Chu Kang?

Only 459 units - quite comfortable with this number.

But feng shui wise, not sure how it will matter.

I intend to purchase a unit in the Quintet. But I'm concerned about the feng shui of the place there. Can Master advise?

Firstly, Master Cecil is currently extremely busy with the many many cases he has to clear. As such he hasn't yet have time to write up a review on the condo you have listed. I will also not be able to give you a confirmation if he will be reviewing it.

Frankly, the number of units in the condo isn't a big issue, except when you consider the monthly condo maintanence fees involved.

Usually the more important factor would be the condo and external environment itself. A good development must be able to trap or suck wealth from others to get a quantum leap in feng shui.

Each condo and unit within the condo are quite unique. As such, until we have any opportunity to review it, we will not be able to comment on it. I will also not be able to give you a time frame whether or not it will be review as we are truly busy just trying to clear our various workloads.

If you are really interested in the unit but not sure whether it is suitable to you. Then probably it is better you seek professional advise such as a House Hunting Can or Cannot buy service to review it before you purchase it. This way you can be sure if it is worth spending your money to buy the home.

Do you mean a professional feng shui master will be able to advise? How about Master yourself? How much will you be charging for the service? What are the procedures involved?

We usually try to be open in our forums to allow users to seek services from whoever they feel most comfortable. So we try to avoid promoting our own services so that you are not compelled to take up only our services.

Usually, you should more or less have narrowed down to the few choices that you really like then do a review to compare which is better.
