We put our house up on the market for sell yesterday and I am very worry that we won't be able to sell itfora reasonable asking price and / or nobody wants to put an offer on the house. The house is in Canada (Toronto) the front door is on the SouthEast sitting on North the house number is 48, my dob is May 4, 1968 and hubby's dob is Mach 1, 1962 all on Lunnar calendar. We wanted to know if youwould tell if we are able to sell the house quickly or by the end of July for a reasonable price.

Frankly, there is truly very little thing that you can do to improve a sell of a home based on feng shui.

I mean, what you can do is ensure that you wear more favourable colours to enhance the luck when you meet the potential buyer, or choose a good dateetc. Maybe, if the home has good feng shui advantage, youcan also point it out.

Otherwise, it is better that you focus on more practical aspects, ie keep the house neat and tidy; give the house a fresh coat of paint; list out the advantages of the homes ie ease of transport, quiet/serene environment, convient location etc; Advertise enough to get people's attention by your real estate agent; Last but not least the price will ultimately be the deciding factor.

There is really nothing else that can help you on this at least not from Feng Shui point of view.
