Yes, I presume colour you mentioned are similiar to these colour chart:-

Tan Colour

Khaki Colour

Tan colour, if darker would be Wood (as it is closer to brown), if lighter would be Earth (as it would be closer to cream) element

Khaki would be Earth element.
