Posted May 18, 200520 yr Hi Master,I have a few questions about renovating a new house:1) can i start renovation during the 7th lunar month?2) if i start renovation before 7th lunar month, can it end during the 7th lunar month?3) can i move into the new house during the 7th lunar month? if not, is it ok to leave the house empty during the whole month?please advise. thanks a lot.

This year Chinese 7th month starts today (3 August) and ends on 31 August. No issue if renovation starts before 3 August and continues to 31 August 2016. Avoid moving house during the Chinese 7th month. P.S.
