Personally, I won't worry to much about house or apartment number. The major luck comes from the house itself and not from the apartment number.

Whether a number is auspicious or not, is a matter of personal preference. Some people especially the Chinese (Cantonese) do not like 4 because it sounds like die, but there are others who has lucky number that is 4. So really, it is a matter of personal preference.

Furthermore, there isn't anything you can do about a house number as it is assigned to that house. So I won't worry so much on this issue.
