So the location of where the block is located and how it faces is more important than the unit number or apartment number. So you should focused a good layout or good surrounding rather than just the number.You should only consider the unit number only after you have made sure the house and surrounding are good. ie if there is two units of the same layout and facing direction, but one on higher or lower floor.
