Determining birthdate of new home

Would firstly appreciate that you do not post a message without any message content.


Anyway, a house birthdate is defined as when the house was built (ie 1999 (would be a period 7 house). If there are renovations (especially major ones), ie hacking of walls or changing of interior structure of the house or expansion of the house etc. Such major renovations may cause a birthdate to be changed to a new period.


So in such cases where major renovation was done after the house was built, the house might be converted to the year the major renovation was done.
