Based on a couple's birth details, is it possible to tell whether a particular year is a good year for them to purchase a new house, property?

The ba zi can only tell you what luck you are supposed to enjoy in any particular time and period. This is often used to check whether it is a good date, good month, good year etc. So you can make use of it as a guide whether this is a good or bad year to own a property etc.

However, purchasing a home is only one aspect. Finding a good hosue that fits the family and has good overall feng shui luck is more important. This is because the house luck can adversely influence your ba zi given luck. Thus, finding a good house is even more important than buying at the right time.

Why do I say this? Very simple. Say if the ba zi luck tells you this year is not a good year for you while next year is good for you. Then you come across a fantastic home and do not buy it this year. What if the house is no longer available next year. Then you might miss out on a good house that could actually improve your inauspicious luck forthe year.

So my point is, itisn't really as important to wait for a good year to purchase a home, but getting a home that fits the family is ultimately more important.
