I understand thata house (whole house infact)facing T is unfavourable but, what if the tail of theT (about 150 m away)is a dead end and yet the househasa8 house turn.

Sorry, what do you mean by the house has a 8 house turn? Do you have some kind of sketch of describing what you mean as I can't visualise what you were trying to describe.
