Like you mentioned, the best would be to check out the best ba zi day or time, which might boost your overall luck.But ultimately, whether a potential buyer even notices that you have a house for sale depends on your real-estate agent's ability to get people to notice your unit is for sale. Ultimately, your location, priceof your home, how clean it looks etc. All these will be the determining factor for whether a buyer even considers to buy the place.Nothing else can really help you otherwise.
