A 3 storey office shoplot, wherethe frontage of itsfirst floor was extended which causes the extended area to be above the verandah. Besides extension, the interior office of the first floor has been renovated by hacking walls, painting, laying new carpets, erect partition....... (with all brand new furnitures.....)

Whether the aboveextension & renovation will cause the office to change to period 8?

Based on what you have provided. Yes, the hacking of walls and extension ofthe areaespecially will be good enough to convert the luck of the office to period 8. These are considered major renovations.
