I can only tell you this much. For aa Gua 1, as long as the door faces North, East, South-East, Longeivity for the breadwinner. Of which North and East would be the better facing direction that fits your eight house and ba zi. As well as the other bedrooms also suitable to other family members, than that will be the most ideal home for you.
