Hi, We have had our house up for sale for the past 3 months now and we just cannot sell it. Although it is a beautiful house the driveway slopes down toward the house.

Is there anyway that we could counteract this so that someone will finally buy our house?

I am sorry, but Feng Shui is not a miracle cure all for every problem. In this case, there isn't anything you can do that will make a house sell.

Whether people buy a place all depends on the location of the home. So there is nothing you can do to just make it sell overnight. You should depend on your real estate agent to help you sell it, pricing it right,list out the benefits of the homeetc.

In terms of what you can do to boost up the luck for a potential sell are:-

1. Improve you own luck. ie if you are a weak water person for example, then you can boost your luck by having more of your favourale element by wearing colours that favour you etc.

2. If there are any good feng shui features, you can also use it to attempt to add value to the home.

Otherwise, there isn't nothing much else feng shui can do for you.
