House with land lower than the road

Dear Sir


If we buy a house facing our good direction but the land where the house is to be built is lower than the main road, will this affect the house's fengshui? However, there's a small hill on the other side of the road, ie the back of the house (though not directly behind coz there's a main road separating the houses and the small hill. Your advice is greatly appreciated.
