whose location to choose

Would like to confirm whose location should Ichoose for the shop.Should I choosea)the partnerwho handle more of the accounts or b)one that handle more of the connection of the wholesalers andhandle goods (and alsoa florist)or c)one that sometime go oversea purchase goods. As base on salary each of them gets equal salary.

Apart of the concrete beam there is also a long pipe above the ceiling.The cashier was not affectedby the beambut more on the pipe. Is the pipe consider as a beam. Is yes, should Ihang six coins at the pipe above the ceiling.
