Is my flat a Period 7 or Period 8 house

The block of flat I'm staying is a Period 7 building but last year the entire building was given a fresh new coat of paint,the town council also change the wall tiles at the ground floor lift lobby as well as the central refuse chute wall tiles of every floor. Will such changes effect the entire block to a Period 8 building.


And if I were togive myunit (interior) a new coat of paint will it change to period 8 with the combination of the building exterior new paint.


Appreciate your advice.
