Hi Cecil


I was very impressed with your website and had learnt tremendously from it.I am interested in buying this flat (unit 50 or 58)but is concerned with its layout especially after reading what you have said about 'missing corners' of a flat. Do advise what you feel about this layout and its location.


I am also indecisive on unit 50 or 58 though I am more geared towards 58. It gets a little more morning sunlightand has a more open view compared to unit 50.


Looking forward to your advice.
