Dear Robert

My husband ( a metal) has committed a 2 years office lease in HK, and look for someone to take over the lease. As early termination is not an option.

Any Feng Shui setting can help to make the process smoother and quicker?

Many ThanksIdea

Unfortunately, there is very little that feng shui can help in terms of helping with getting a sale/rent of an apartment/office.

You will actually get better results if you get a good property agent that has lots of contacts or able to get enough attention for potential buyer to buy or rent it. Or pricing it right or to keep the place clean.

In terms of feng shui, you can try to improve some of your luck such as to improve your ba zi element suitability. Or if the unit that is for sale/rent has good feng shui features, you can attempt to make use of that point to help in the sale. Otherwise, there is really very little else you can do to get a quick sale.

Warmest Regards
