Our business was located with 75 shops and about 3/4 of the shop is vacant. During the opening ceremony we have our very high sales turnover.

Now, it's abit slow but then outside sale is good. After surveying the shop I found there is a leak at the ceiling somewhere inside the main door. As I know there shouldn't be any leaking but there no respond from the housing agentand the tenant above our shop. The contractorcan't do much as it was cause by the above tenant house. Isthere any remedy.

Symbolically under Feng Shui, it is good like you mention to rectify such "physical" leaks in the shop.

Usually, if you have rented your shop, you should try to seek redress from your leassor. Since the shop is still new, try to check out who is the developer as often such building defects is covered by the developer.
