Hello and thanks for taking my question. I'm wondering if feng shui accepts:

In my master bedroom, the headboard rests againstthe wall which also separates the toilet in guestbathroom? Is is acceptable to have the bedroom adjacent another room's bathroom? Would moving the bedinto a diagonal position help?

Any suggestions or advice on what couldhelp would be great! There are no fengshui books that address this particular problem. Thanks very much for your help.

In general, it is the location of the WC that is most important. If the headboard is placed on the wall that exactly where the WC is also located, then it is not very auspicious. Otherwise, if the WC is located away from the headboard, then it is not as bad. Of course, it is not as ideal.

In general, the bed should be best still anchored to the wall. That means that it should be be left floating in the middle of the room. So as long as if you shift into a diagonal position and the bed is still anchored to a wall (or if you build some kind of hidden cupboard to fill up the space at he corner, then no issue at all. Most important is the bed has to be anchored as close to awall. This is for support purpose.

As mentioned, it is the location of the WC that is more important. Having a toilet located close to your room is not really bad. Otherwise, there won't be a masterbedrom with attached toilet. It is just that the WC location should not be located directly behind the bed sharing the same wall.

Unless there is another place where you can place the bed, there is nothing much you can do except to keep the toilet cover down when not in use.

Hope that helps.

Warmest Regards
