East and West are Neutral directions to everyone??

First, I want to know how is the 4Good and 4Bad direction is computed in the free analysis from this site? Because when we had our house initially fengshuid by my inlaws. the fengshui master said that southwest location of the house is good for our master bedroom.


and now, based from the free analysis, the southwest sector is our Disaster and Spook area! and our head is also pointing to the same direction while sleeping!!! I dont think we can rearrange the bed? So what do we do now?


Is it true that East and West are generally neutral to everyone (according to several fengshui masters)?? Because West is our Death and Irritation direction so does that mean we can ingnore this?
