months, can you advise what are the factor that we should look into it in

Given that both of you have same West group, therefore it should easy to find a house that will suit both you and your wife.

The best period 8 (built in 2004-2023) facing house are North-East/South-West facing. So you can consider that in your search.

In addition, beside the house facing, you should ensure the bedroom falls in one of your good sectors as well.

Remember the house facing is defined as follows:-

1. Apartment (2nd-7th level), main door facing direction.

2. Apartment (8th level and up), living room/balcony is the facing direction.

3. Landed property, facing of the frontage of the house.

Dear Robert,
Will take note of Point 1 and 2. My "Tian Yi" is at North East direction.
Will look for Bedroom that is located at NE and Door Open at SW.
I'm sourcing for area like Hougang and SengKang ? Do you think those HDB
block near the MRT central is good ?
I'm trying to avoid area like T-junction, Petrol station as these are part
of the "sha" in Feng Shui.
