Dear cecil,
Is there any thing one can do to get promoted
in the office besides doing a flying star report and placing the desk facing ones sheng
chi direction. Thanks.

Hi Anon,
If you are just an employee in a company, what you can do is probably to improve your own personal Feng Shui.
This is because it is unlikely that you will be able to change your facing direction or even do a flying star.
So what you can do is enhance your personal luck especially those pertaining to authority and power as it is the promotion which you are looking for. This is especially for those whose career does not represent an element suitable for the person.
This means that if you do not have any power or authority in your deities, this means that you do not have any elements representing that, so you should try to strengthen it with your personal items, such as clothes or objects on your desk to help represent them.
Any other personal luck improvement will help you in this areas where you cannot many much changes or influence being an employee.
Warmest Regards
Robert Lee
