Could you advice If there is an easement (Water pipe) passing next to the house is it bad for the house or people living in it.

In actually it is passing next to the bed room. If it is bad then could you please advice some remedy for it.

This really isn't as bad asewage pipe passing below your home. Under the feng shui concept if you have sewage pipe passing below your home, the danger is that the vapour will rise and thus posioning the air around the home. Often from many experiment conducted, so far most people found to stay under this situation tends to have health problem.

If it is plain water pipe, then there is less of an issue, as there will not be much vapour emitted. Maybe the only problem is that it may be noisy if when water run pass it. Otherwise, it is not really a big issue. To be frank, even if you have aircondition, there will be pipe running pass. So it is not a big issue to worry about.
