Posted July 17, 200619 yr Hi I am new to feng shui and have a question on good and bad directions. I am a Monkey born on March 06, 1968 and live in a NW3 house. Now my good directions are: Southeast, North, East and South. My death direction is SW, but a monkey is in the SW. So is it still my total loss direction (SW). I am so confused about this. This being that the Eight House Theory is based on 50-50 percent i.e. East or West group. Thus in general, 50 percent of the time; or one out of two persons may be sleeping in either a good or bad sector depending on the degree of unsuitability.What is more important, is that what you had analysed is considered only the "tip-of-the-iceburg"..It is better to practise Holistic Feng Shui if one wants to better understand the situation or influence of Feng Shui. In order to be more meaningful; it is best not to look at this one situation in isolation. Thus, since you are new, the idea here to learn or find out more about good and bad Feng Shui.Broadly, you should find out more about Shapes andForms Feng Shui;Five Elements Concept etc...The idea, here is to build a bigger picture ofthe Feng Shui of your home. Posted August 3, 200619 yr Hi again, I just wanted to tell you thank you for responding, I am very interested in learning feng shui, just some of it is complicated, and I have to think through it alot.
