Respected Sir,


This wonderful siteoffers tremendous knowledge on fengshui.Please answer my query,The main door of my apartment has staircase opposite itat distance of 2ft-3ft. In addition to using semicircular mat and earthern pots which I have,canseven, 7 pointed star shapedsilver colour paper cutouts be used as shown in the picture as this had given good result when used on overhead beam.

Dear Ann J,


More importantly, you have to determine what material the beam is made of. If the beam is made of wood, then based on the destructive cycle of the Five Elements concept:


metal destroys or neutralises wood and
seven represents = metal element (weak metal)
and silver represents metal element.


Thus, if the beam is made of wood, then SYMBOLICALLY, it is sound to have the 7 "silver stars".
