I have read in one of messages on this site which reads as follows:

1. Mountain Star #8 = relationship, networking, luck = or auspicious mountain star. Activated with a "mountain".
2. Water Star #8 or #1 = water wealth location. Activated with a water feature
3. Base Star #8 = similar to Para 1."


Pleaseclarify confusion about no3." similar to para 1"as to whether base star should be activatedwith a mountain to get benefits or whetheritshould beactivated using colour/element of base star

Dear Ann,


No. Should concentrate on the MS# with WS#. For example under Period 8, all centre palace has base = #8. But when determing the characteristics of the centre palace, often MS# with WS# are taken into account. Normally, the base = #8 remains "silent".
