Edited by Robert: Such questions maynot get a reply because every personis different and every development also have good and bad units depending on which block and layout. So unless a some analysis is done to check it, it is not right to make generalised statement about a development.

So it is better that you make use of some of our tools. Like the eight house to check that the house facing does not fall under the death / disaster. Also, check that other buildings around do not cut into the building or your view do not face temples/church etc.

Or if you are unsure you should seek professional consultation services to help you do a floorplan review before you purchase it.However, if you do make use of most of our free tools, you should be able to assess at least whether overall it is suitable to you or not. As a suitable house is also important. This link may be of some help:-
