I am interested in buying a condo on the 14th floor whosehall and 2 bedrms face a HDB carpark where the cars when moving in the carpark, would face it directly. Pls let me know if there is any cause for concern.

If you are on a low floor (below 5 level), you will be affected by it. Those, staying in the 2nd and 3rd floor will be worst hit.

Since you are staying on 14th floor, it will not impact you any more, as you are too high up for anything to have much impact for your unit. So it should not be a problem for you.
