Weak Wood generally means that your daughter generally lack either more water or more wood or lack an equal amount of both elements. So in general, water/wood element careers are more suitable. You can refer to this link for the five element and career:-

Accountancy/Finance is more Metal which may weaken the wood. So not so suitable.


Business is broad category. For example if your business deals with tecnology it is wood. If your business deals in Music it is water element. So it really depends on what business you are talking about.
