Dear robert,
Is it possible for you to have the forecast on the forum so any body who is interested can read it and people who are interested in forecast can subscribe to it. Thanks.

Thanks for your feedback.
What I can do is to put a link in the forum for users to click.
As for the mailing list option currently I will not be setting it up now.
