For a house constructed in period 7, the energy of star 7 will be strongest during period 7, but becomes weaker and weaker after period 7, even though the house did not undergo any renovation work to move it from period 7 to period 8. Is this correct?

During period 7, usable stars are 1 and 4. For a house constructed in period 7, should these remain as usable stars during period 8 (for that matter, all future periods) assuming that the house remain as a period 7 house? Or should we base our list of usable stars on the current period, regardless of the period of the house?

Yes, this is correct. This is because as you enter into period 8, the star 7 becomes your fading prosperity. Sothough your house chart may still be period 7, the luck will slowly fade away.

The usable star is calculated based on the periodunder the houseperiod.So stars 1 and 4 may be good in period 7 house chart, but when they enter into period 8, another set of numbers will be the usable stars.

Just like in period 7, 7 is current prosperity, 8 is future prosperity, while 6 is the fading prosperity. As you change to a period 8 chart, 8 becomes the current prosperity and 9 is the future prosperity, while 7 is the fading prosperity.

This means that if this is a period 7 house luck, then star 7 still remains the current prosperity sector. However, the difference is that star 7 revert back to it's robbery status. Thus, the luck of the house sector of each sector will change slightly as you enter into the period 8.
