If you can confirm that your Strong Fire is the birth element, then you are a Strong Fire Snake.

Under just the basic horoscope sign, you are born in the Earth Snake year. However, even for Earth Snake year, there can still be people who are born Strong Fire/weak Fire etc. That depends on the Heavenly Stem of the day. So more accurately youa re a Strong Fire Snake born in the Earth Snake year.
