Posted February 24, 200718 yr i had nightmares when i didn't cover up body to sleep... i realised nightmares comes often when i didn't cover myself with blanket.. my mind cannot rest well.. what can i do to improve sleep?
Posted February 24, 200718 yr Staff Dear Fenny, Traditionally, you can try purchasing a small foldable pen-knife. Wrap it in a cloth material and it is sewn into the pillow casing. Warning: Make sure that the pen-knife is closed shut and the casing is padded with cloth.It is suppose to curb dreams.Warmest Regards,Cecil
