Hi, i'm new to FengShui and currently trying to pick up as much as i can. May i ask whether do we use our normal birth date to calculate our 'Ba Zhi' or do we use our lunar or chinese birth date.

If we're using our chinese birth date, how do we calculate as accurately as possible our lunar birth date. Take for example 5th of September 1988

If you are using any of our free ba zi calculator tools, you just need to input your western birthday. Our system will convert the date to your Chinese Lunar birthday for the ba zi analysis:-

To convert your western date to the chinese lunar date, just use our report and it will give you the lunar date. If you are converting the chinese lunar date to western date, then you need to refer to a calendar book.
