Generally, all west facing homes will faceafternoon sun which can make the unit warm every day. This in itself is a potential problem as if a person feels hot, the likelyhood of getting angry or even hard to focus. So even for those West group person, it is still not so advisable to choose a west facing house unless it is somehow shaded.

As for facing a summit (of a hill?), if so whether or not it is good depends on where is the mountain star is located from the flying star analysis. You see a house will benefit from the facing (clear space) and moutain support. So if the flying star is in the right orientation where the mountain star is where there is a mountain support in the surrounding, and clear space at the frontage then of course this is good. Else, it may not necessary be good.

Hope that helps.

Warmest Regards
