Determine which is the best plot of land and facing (if you haven't purchased the land to build from). Then you can start to hunt for the plot of land to buy.2. If you already have the land, then wefind the best directions and facing and where you can place the key rooms so that you can get a architect to design the layout. SCOPE OF WORK==============- Covering:- - Location of the house in the land - Position of all the key rooms (ie where the living room, the dining room, the kitchen,the garage,the master bedrooms bedroom, etc... will be ? ) - Position of the sump, the water tank, drainage (if any) - All the colors for the house - The number of the staircase - The height for each floor - The shape of the house - The landscape (water/mountain features) - The time to start building- Including reviewing the intial and final proposed layout once the designto see if any areas needs to be corrected.3.
