I would like to ask if it is auspicious to place urns in the lobby of a factory premises?

Generally, urns are used in for cremation purpose. So if you view it as something to do with the dead, of course it is inauspicious to have them at any premises. Unless of course, your business is related to cremation then there is no choice.
